You should contact your physician immediately. If the physician is unavailable, go to the nearest emergency room and bring your medications with you. It is very important that you document your injuries even if you do not feel very ill at the moment. Be sure and keep the prescription bottle as evidence and any packaging and/or receipts that came with it. You should also contact an experienced pharmacy error attorney in order to protect your rights.
